Goals and Aims

Each woman recieves a salary of 2000 Rupees (approx $45USD) per month for their work. They work 3 hours per day, 5 days per week. This gives the women time to attend to their domestic and study responsibilities. This salary matches that of the teaching staff at the school and we believe this is a very fair payment which will help the women support their families and fund their education.

On review, top performers or all workers will recieve a 1000 rupee bonus. This is used as an incentive for the future, to generate more interest in the training courses and educate on the benefits of developing these skills. with all of this, many of the women will be earning more than their husbands or fathers.
